Gizmo - Another me-too Skype - or more?

Just before I have to check-out from the hotel here in Miami I received e-mail from Michael Robertson (sipphone) announcing the launch of the Gizmo Project. Gizmo is a try to replace closed and propriatory Skype walled-garden NGN with an open SIP product. I had no time to check it out yet, but anybody can do so on his own.

I will report back on this later.

BTW, Gizmo is NOT ENUM enabled ;-) Yet?

Comments:
Very beta.

Gizmo Project is enum enabled. we use the e164.info enum system which connects with over 40 other voip providers worldwide...and growing.

We also work with Asterisk Dundi and peer with 30 other SIP networks.

Nice to hear, but real ENUM according to RFC 3761 still is in e164.arpa ;-)
