The 120 Days of the FCC
Anonymous commented on my last post on the FCC ruling that the 120 days are tough. I agree, but I dis not comment on this originally, because these dates are purely political. If politicials (especially if they are under fire by the press) want to show that they are acting, the first thin they do is settting tough dates - to others (especially if the other also have to pay for it).
One just may wonder why they did not set such tough dates regarding wireless E911, and we also will see how they will react in this case if the deadlines are missed. By shifting dates as in case of wireless E911 done more than once?
